On the right side of the bust an outline of the "parzenica", a heart-shaped pattern of a traditional handicraft characteristic of the decorative art of the Polish highlanders. In the background there is a stemless carline thistle. To the right of the bust: 1865/1940. On the left side the semicircular inscription in relief: KAZIMIERZ PRZERWA-TETMAJER.
