Description obverse

In the centre an image of the dome of the Ossoliński National Institute headquarters in Wroclaw, partly covered by a contour of the pediment of the building’s northern facade. On the left an eagle - State Emblem of the Republic of Poland and mintmark. Below: 100 Zl. At the bottom and right the semicircular inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA and 2017.

In the centre a bust of Józef Maksymilian Ossoliński facing to the right based on Jan Maszkowski’s portrait from 1818 and Walenty Śliwicki’s lithography from 1820. Around: 200-LECIE ISTNIENIA ZAKlADU NARODOWEGO im. OSSOLIŃSKICH.
