Description obverse

On the right a stylised images of parts of the Chevau-Léger’s uniform and gear: a lance with a pennant, a sabre, a carbine, a cartridge belt with an image of the Eagle, and a pistol. At the top to the left an eagle - State Emblem of the Republic of Poland and mintmark. To the right of the eagle, at the top, 2010, to the left of the eagle, below an inscription: 200 Zl. To the left the semicircular inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA.

In the centre a stylised image of a Chevau-Léger on horseback, holding a lance with a pennant. In the background a stylised fragment of an image of Chevau-Légers on horsebacks. At the bottom an inscription: SZWOLEŻER GWARDII CESARZA NAPOLEONA I (Chevau-Léger / of the Imperial Guard/ of Napoleon I). Below a stylised eagle from the trumpet banner of the Chevau-Légers’ regiment.
