Description obverse

On the right, an image of the Eagle established as the State Emblem of the Republic of Poland. To the right 2012, and below it an inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA. Under the inscription, on its right side, the mintmark, and below it, an inscription: 200 Zl. In the background, separate surfaces criss-crossed by semi-circular lines forming a stylised chessboard with stylised images, integrated with it, of competitors of different sports disciplines.

Description reverse

Centrally, stylised images of female pole vaulting competitors against the background of separate, asymmetric surfaces. On the right, a stylised image of the logo of the Polish Olympic Committee. Along the rim, an inscription: POLSKA REPREZENTACJA OLIMPIJSKA LONDYN 2012
