On the right eagle - the State Emblem of the Republic of Poland and mintmark. Below the Eagle the year of issue 2004. On the left Athena holding an olive branch and the legend 200 Zl. At the bottom a semicircular inscription RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA.

Description reverse

An amphora with stylised figures of three modern runners. At the bottom on the left and the right hand side of the amphora stylised images of ancient runners. On the rim an inscription, IGRZYSKA XXVIII OLIMPIADY, on the amphora at its upper part ATENY 2004
