A part of the famous painting the “Portrait of Giovanni Arnolfini and his Wife” by Jan van Eyck: a double portrait, depicting the prosperous Italian married couple, living in Flanders. It was painted in 1434 with oil paint on an oak panel. For the background, Minted Photo Image (MPI) was used to depict part of the interior in razor sharp details; the couple in the front is in 3D relief. The composition is surrounded by the text “The Arnolfini Portrait (1434) Jan van Eyck”.
