A portrait of Volodymyr Peretts, to the left of which against a smooth background is a broken relief composition, symbolizing the unfinished work of a scientist who was repressed and died in exile. On the background of the composition are the following legends: ВОЛОДИМИР ПЕРЕТЦ (Volodymyr Peretts) and indicated the years of his life 1870-1935.
