To the left a guelder rose branch, against the backdrop of which is Ukraine`s small coat of arms. In the center, a phaleristics sign in the form of a monogram consisting of two letters “С” entwined with a red guelder rose branch – the Riflemen Council military decoration awarded by an advisory body under the Sich Riflemen commander Yevhen Konovalets in 1918 – 1919; to the right of the decoration is the following quote by Konovalets: …БУДЕМО/ МАТИ СИЛУ,/ ТОДІ ВИЙДЕМО/ ПОБІДНО/ З НАЙГІРШОГО/ ЛИХОЛІТТЯ/ І ЗДОБУДЕМО/ ВСЕ, ЩО НАМ/ ТРЕБА.
