On the left, on a mirror surface depicted Kostkiantyn Ostrozkyi, to the right of whom is the coat of arms of the Ostroh. The coin face value 5₴ (five hryvnias) on the background of the stylized Dubno Castle; above right is the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine, bottom right on the background of stylized waves inscription — КOСТЯНТИН ОСТРОЗЬКИЙ (Kostiantyn Ostrozkyi).

On the mirror background of the outline of Dubno Castle depicted a composition of the most interesting religious buildings of the town of Dubno. At the bottom, right on the mirror background is the inscription: ДУБНО 920 РОКІВ (Dubno 920 years).
